Everyone is welcome at G & T Truck Products. We look forward to assisting you in placing your order...whether by phone, FAX, Email, or mail. Place your phone, FAX, or Email order with any major credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover) or use your debit card. If you prefer, order by mail with a check or money order using a form we provide.

Please remember that you are buying factory direct! All the orders for CheckMate Covers are custom manufactered! Credit Card orders are processed as the shop is ready for new production. Pre-paid orders are deposited upon arrival and included in the next group of orders headed for production.
 

Shipping Information

Hard covers are shipped via Fed Ex Ground to the nearest fed ex ground terminal or a true commercial address. This fee is included in the cost of the cover. Delivery to a residential address will incur an additional $100 fee. Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.
 

Delivery

Normal delivery is 3 to 4 weeks or less. Some custom units and certain times of the year may extend delivery slightly. a representitive can provide the current estimated delivery based on production.
 

Warranty

Product's Manufactered by G & T Truck Products carry a one year parts warranty against defects in materials with proper use and installation. Please read all installation instructions carefully. Replacement parts are available.
 

Returns and Exchanges

Thanks to our well-informed buyers, G & T Truck Products recieves a minimal amount of returns. When neccessary, please follow these simple steps.
  • Call a representative at 972.782.8011 to receive a return authorization number
  • Properly package and label you return against loss or damage
  • Clearly indicate your return authorization number on the package
  • Ship PRE-PAID via UPS, US mail, or truck

    Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of shipment. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders may not be returnable. Credit will be issued within 30 days from reciept of a return.

    All Shipments are FOB Farmersville, TX. Freight charges are non-refundable. Any shipping charges incurred by G & T Truck Products recieve returned items will be deducted from final refund.

    Damaged Items

    G & T Truck Products enjoys long standing relations with preferred shippers. Only a small percentage of shippments are damaged. It is most important to inspect your order at the time of delivery. Follow these steps to insure a timely replacement when necessary.

  • Determine whether the product can be fixed during normal prep and installation or with replacement parts
  • If so, accept the freight BEING SURE TO NOTE THE DAMAGE ON ALL COPIES OF THE DELIEVERY RECEIPT. Be prepared to file a claim to cover the cost of repair or replacement parts
  • If not, refuse the freight at the time of delivery and DO NOT PAY ANY CHARGES. Call G & T Truck Products immediately to initiate a replacement.
